Sometimes, the most valuable research occurs when things do not turn out as expected and something “settled” can be corrected. Randolph County historian, Historic Landmark Preservation Commission member, and long-time columnist for the Courier-Tribune Warren Dixon has spent a great deal of time rummaging around various historical “attics” during his career. Join us to hear Warren speak about some of the rewarding surprises that he has uncovered over the years, and to pass along some tips on how to look for them.
Light refreshments will be provided.
