Randolph Room at the Randolph County Public Library

The Randolph Room at the Randolph County Public Library in Asheboro, NC has a wealth of Genealogical Information and local history information for Randolph County. Their online archives include a collection of historical photographs from the late 1800s to around 1975, with a large collection taken during the 1930s and 40s.  Also included are photos donated by the Courier-Tribune, the Randolph Guide, as well as items donated or loaned by Randolph County citizens.


North Carolina State Archives
The North Carolina State Archives in Raleigh, NC has a wealth of information available for researchers in the North Carolina Digital Collection.   The NCDC contain over 109,000 historic & recent photographs, state government publications, manuscripts, and other content from the State Archives and the State Library of North Carolina.
